Wimbledon Film Club also runs the Wimbledon International Short Film Festival (WISFF). This festival is dedicated to UK and international short films under 15 minutes whether they’re funny, serious, real, fantastic, experimental, drama, documentary or animation. WISFF showcases new filmmakers from around the world, whether it’s their first film or they’re on their way to becoming established. Previous entrants have been nominated for Oscars and won Baftas. The festival attracts judges who are established in the film industry, and just like the WFC and WISFF committees, they work on a voluntary basis for the love of film
