If members have not renewed their membership within six months of it lapsing, we will ask them if they wish to join our mailing list or have their details removed from our database. We will ask those on our mailing list to give consent to staying on our mailing list every three years. This consent was last sought in May 2018 and will be re-sought in May 2021.
We collect information about you to process your membership or booking, and to send you emails about our activities if you are a member or have signed up to our mailing list. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with organisations outside WFC. If you have signed up to our mailing list but wish to unsubscribe or update your preferences you can do this by clicking the links at the bottom of any email sent by us via MailChimp; or by contacting us at [email protected] with your request to be removed from our mailing list and we will remove your subscription details.
Will anyone else have access to my information?
We will not share your personal information with organisations outside of WFC. We will not disclose any information to any organisation outside WFC except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.
In order to support important WFC functions, WFC uses other recognised websites and their services such as MailChimp for our mailing list and Eventbrite to host ticket booking for our events.
